We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you ample time to ensure your Daniel Wellington timepiece or accessory meets your expectations. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all protective plastics and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the product in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
